    • Tours operate in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately according to local conditions
    • Comfy trainers/sneakers are advised. A warm jumper, plus a waterproof jacket is advisable.
    • We wish to advise larger groups of 4 or 5, that our luggage capacity is limited, so we recommend 1 x airplane cabin-sized bags per person. For groups of 3 passengers or less, 1 x standard size suitcase & 1 x cabin-sized bag per person is acceptable.
    • We recommend contacting us directly pre-tour departure, so we can discuss your interests and plan the tour accordingly

    • We have implemented precautions over and above our normal sanitation routines to provide Covid-Safe protocol. We use commercial grade sanitiser on our vehicles between every experience. We provide our guests with hand sanitiser and sealed bottled water. Gloves and masks are available upon request.
    DEPARTURE & RETURN
    Traveler pickup is offered
    Pick up time is 10am on DAY 1, with a return time of 4pm on DAY 2.
    Our standard pick up point is from outside Eureka Tower observation deck - underneath the palms trees (located at 7 Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC 3006) however we can pick up from hotels in Melbourne CBD, Docklands or Southbank if pre-organised prior to the tour date.
    We also offer hotel pick up service - this can be provided from selected CBD, Southbank and Docklands hotels only and must be communicated in advance of the tour date.
    TERMS & CONDITIONS
    If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
    If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
    If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
