The iconic Jam Factory is located in the heart of Chapel Street’s popular retail precinct. Originally built in 1858 as the Victoria Brewery, it was transformed into the ‘OK’ Jam Co. in 1895 by Henry Jones, creator of the famous IXL brand. Today, the Jam Factory is Melbourne’s premier retail and entertainment precinct, and is once again creating history thanks to a brand new makeover and innovative selection of stores. Lindt Chocolate Cafe
A chocoholic’s dream come true, Jam Factory is the new location for Lindt’s third Melbourne Lindt Chocolat Café, opening its decadent doors midway through 2011. Boasting an exclusive collection of chocolate delights including Delice macarons, delectable cakes and desserts, handmade chocolates, drinks and ice-cream, indulge yourself at Lindt Chocolat Café, Jam Factory’s sweetest new destination.

Urban By Target
Urban by Target is opening its very first concept store in the Jam Factory! Step inside to find an exclusively tailored selection of Target’s womenswear, footwear, intimate apparel, accessories, kidswear and babywear, and also men’s underwear. Unique in design, Urban by Target at Jam Factory is the perfect fit for the discerning Chapel Street shopper who craves great style and appreciates quality and value.

Nando’s
Nando’s is cooking up spicy treats at the Jam Factory. Stop by to try their temptingly famous Portuguese flame-grilled chicken, which is marinated for 24 hours then lovingly basted in your choice of Lemon and Herb or Mild to Extra Hot Peri-Peri sauce. Parking
Jam Factory’s undercover car park has over 970 spaces providing easy access to the centre. Open 24 hours, 365 days a year, spend just $5 at any retail outlet in the centre and get your ticket validated for $5 parking, prepay in the first half hour to pay $7, or the maximum daily rate is just $10. There is also a valet car wash service available on site.
